You get in touch with us by email, phone or Live Chat.

We discuss with you your requirements and assess what options are available to you and advise on the best way forward.

We allocate a client manager for you based on your industry and/or requirements.

12:00 AM
You receive our proposal summarising all services clearly along with a bespoke quotation.

Where applicable, we will also outline to your our KYC requirements and provide you with a secure link to complete the necessary form.

2:30 PM
Ounce you agree to our proposal and complete the eKYC, you will receive the services engagement letter for signing together with any authorisations we may need (TAXISnet, appointments, representations, etc).

The signing of the engagement letter is done electronically via Adobe Sign and there is no need to print or scan anything. Adobe Sign is fully compliant with the eIDAS Regulation 910/2014/EC and signatures made using it are legally binding.
